White Teas
White tea is a type of tea that also comes from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, but is minimally processed and even less oxidized than green tea. It is often paler in color and has less aroma than black and green tea. Its flavor is very light and mildly sweet, with subtle hints of floral, peach, apricot, and honey.
White tea is very high in antioxidants. Studies show it is excellent for skin by reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
